There is a message in spam quarantine whitch is not actually a spam. when I select mssage and click to This is Not a Spam. SMG gives me following message
"Cannot submit the selected message(s) to Symantec Security Response. The request cannot be processed because request exceeds the limit size...."

Other party is missing our mails. In Audit Log status is Delivery: Success. The other party is using qmail system. They are asking me to deliver them "qp" number as a proof of delivery. "qp" is included in SMTP response, for example:

There must be something fundamentally broken with your process since you are blaclisting a VPS that is running a Cpanel dnsonly with mail server disabled
BTW: All IPs blacklisted by Symantec are NOT blacklisted by no other blacklist

Symante Messaging Gateways log files should contain an hash for every attachment.
Once a virus is identified by other means (e.g. client PC unusual network activity) you can calculate the hash and search for the hash in the log files (remotely collected).
When reviewing mail items that have been quarantined after triggering a policy/rule based on True File Type, the rule that caused the mail to be quarantined is displayed within the summary. However, there doesn't appear to be any way to determine the "Attachment List""True File Type" item that was detected and triggered the rule.
If blocking/quarantining an email owing to detection of a word from a (custom) Dictionary (keyword) list and sending a Notification, there is no variable to insert into the Notification (or attached report) that would indicate to the sender/recient the particular word that triggered the detection.

1. Which file types the SMG is able to identify within compressed files (all files/only executbles and etc.)?
2. Which comprrssed file types the SMG able to scan their content (only ZIP/all files)?
