We are utilizing Safenet Authentication Client with USB tokens for secure authentication across our domain and we need to verify that the Symantec Messaging Gateway 10.5 appliance will allow ldap and/or Active Directory authentication with these USB tokens.

I have a user who receives a file every end of month. I have already added email address to Good senders, but still email gets blocked because of policy for 'If the attachment or body part is in the attachment list "Executable Files"'. I do not want to disable the policy.

I was told prior to paying for my Symantec.Cloud Spam solution, that there was a way to export the personal Good and Bad senders list out of the hardware based quarantine so that it could be imported into the cloud based solution.

I'm in the process of changing the IP address of SMG 10.5 but most of the commands in the command line document is now working for me.
For example "delete osconfig". Am I missing something?
